We are looking Manager - Payroll ( Corporate) for our client with a Pan India footprint based at Gurgaon.

Location : Gurgaon
Function Name :HR - Operations
Work Timings : 9AM-6PM , 5 days , Working from Office Only
Experience : 8+ yrs
Education : Regular Graduate ; MBA HR pref
Knowledge Required : End to end Payroll Processing and F&F Settlement ( Mandate)
Skills / Competencies :knowledge of excel & payroll tool
External interactions : Payroll vendor - for Specific payroll inputs & timely delivery, HR - Shared service vendor - For employee queries resolutions.
Job Purpose:
To enable the HR operations activities by maintaining accurate employee records and processing payroll and PLI (quarter & annual) in a timely manner. To ensure the timely completion of the merit increase and Performance Linked Incentive after closure of annual appraisal process.
