Our client is a well known company into logistics. Looking for experienced Manager Payroll who will also oversee Audit and Compliance as part of the job role. This includes time &amp; attendance management, payroll management, vendor &amp; statutory/compliances management. The role is also responsible for MIS, other HR related activities or projects. Job role : - Handling salary release for Pan India payroll employees along with outsourced/vendor staffs - Handling full and final settlement - Time sheet management and updates by working with external payroll vendors - Maintaining payroll processing system and records - Responsible for handling and preparing head count details. - Handling employee queries on PF, ESIC, Tax and other related statutory matters - Ensuring compliance and Adhering to payroll policies and procedures - Masters degree in Human Resources / Labor Relations/ MSW - 5-8 years of relevant HR (payroll handling) experience Location : Bangalore Salary will not be a constraint for right candidate
