We are a Fintech Based Product Company looking for Excellent Manager Payments.

Preferably someone who is from Ecommerce Background and can join immediately or with a short notice period.

Work Location: Bengaluru, India.

Managing Interface with Banks and Payment Gateways from a strategic relationship building as well as vendor management perspective, handling end to end payments and fraud risk operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage payments business, operations and fraud risk management and play a pivotal role in shaping a strategic vision for payments.

- Manage, measure and review the performance of existing payment gateway service providers, ensure smooth operations of all prepaid and POS payment options, explore new payment opportunities and manage onboarding.

- Analyze payment metrics and define routeing logic for both web and mobile to increase the success rate and optimise the commissions paid.

- Mediate between banks and accounts team to ensure smooth reconciliation, build KYC, Anti-money laundering processes and highlight the loopholes to the legal team.

- Analyze, control and reduce the overall PG cost spent.

- Identify, measure, define and control risk with respect to various processes which include payments fraud, reseller risk, refunds abuse, Token of apology abuse, Wallet fraud, check out abuse, etc.

- Streamline all the payment modes and established one point contact for all the payments escalations (Resulted in 90% reduction in payments escalations)

- Handle end to end online payments operations which includes payment processing, Credit & Debit Card Fraud Investigations, Fraud Verification & Control, Risk mitigation, Chargeback Investigations, Dispute Resolution, Payment Processing, Payment reconciliation, Payment tracking and follow up, provide possible resolution for failed payments, Identify Process Gaps and Redesign, build standard operating procedures, manage workflow and ensure timely delivery of the order with minimum inconvenience to the customer.

- Understanding of electronic payment processing/ collection methods, including Electronic Clearing Service (ECS), online payment, Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment (EBPP), Credit Card Processing, Banking & Finance.

- Deep and broad industry knowledge of various markets, competitors, future trends and service offerings in payments. (Retail Decisions, ATOM, EBS, CC Avenues)

- Review, recommend and implement new methods and procedures to ensure efficiency of operations.

- Recommend process improvements by delivering significant business impacts and contributions to the company through improvement of quality, productivity, and customer experience.

- Responsible for Service Delivery, driving SLA metrics, and providing leadership in dealing with overall operational and client issues. Ensuring that the clients of the business group are satisfied with the division's performance.

- Ensuring escalations are resolved within defined SLA leading to higher ESAT.

- Knowledge & understanding of PCI standards.

- Conduct regular internal audits, recommend process improvements, redesign the processes to meet the business requirements and coordinate with external auditors for statutory and internal audits of the department.
