Manager - Patent/Intellectual Properties Operations - Pharma

Location - Salt Lake City, Utah United States

Our client is looking for a charismatic Paralegal candidate, who resides in Salt Lake City, Utah. We need a passionate and well established paralegals who have great experience in patents as well as Intellectual Properties. We're looking for a candidate having a background with a stable career to join their Utah team.

We'd love to hear from you if you have :

- 7 years of experience in Paralegal.

- Good Managerial skills.

- Coordinated patent prosecution matters with the office of the Chief IP officer, Outside Counsels and in-house paralegals of the Customers.

- Developed training materials and offered training to employees in relation to US paralegal functions.

- Trained, coached and mentored un-trained or trainee paralegals and docketing specialists.

- Subject matter experience and supervisor skills on matters concerning IDSs at the USPTO, first and supplementary - IDSs, Citation Matrix, online IDS filing, patent watch, post allowance review, issued patent proofreading and such other paralegal and admin functions.

- Offered technical support, subject matter expertise, and solution's support to sales and business development team.

- Quality control monitoring of the work-products generated by the IPMS team.

Bonus points if you have experience in working with industries like Biotechnology / Life Sciences, Electronics / Semiconductors / Information Technology / Legal / Medical Devices / Diagnostics / Software / Telecommunications.
