- Responsible for hunting and farming of potential business partners that can help in growth of customer base of SMBs across India - Identification of right partners to approach based on market research - Negotiate and close partnership agreements taking necessary help of various departments with apna (finance, legal etc.) - Collaborate with business partner, partner SMB and apna's sales team to onboard the smb - Create and nurture a strong sales pipeline through onboarded partners and work with relevant teams to ensure timely and swift closure of agreements with partner SMBs - Nurture relationships with strong partners to ensure continuous flow of business year-on-year - Manage and own relationship with senior stakeholders (CXO), joint business planning, commercial negotiations and ensure high level of partner satisfaction - Work with Partners & cross functional team to execute partnership/program strategy, resolve partner queries and maintain smooth relationship with the partners - Establish partners' governance structure and run regular cadence for managing relationships at all levels
