Manager - Partnerships & Alliances (3-7 yrs)
A. Partnership Development
- Ensuring the development and relationship management of distribution partners across India. Distribution partners include players in the health, wellness and fitness ecosystem including but not limited to hospitals, diagnostic centers/ home care treatment providers /allied medical service providers, fitness, nutrition and other partners that will add value in services to customers.
- Identifying, analyzing, recommending, and closing strategic business opportunities.
- Figure out right segments and partners within those segments, value proposition for partners
Build and foster partnerships
- Research potential partners, identify key players, and generate interest through networks, cold calls, and emails.
- Demo the product and solution suite Liaise with Legal team and prepare proposals, SOWs & contract and for partnership programs & develop partner on boarding plan.
B. Account Management
- Leverage partnership to grow adoption, utilization and revenue
- Manage the entire life journey to up sell new opportunities
- Support the management of full partnership cycle from prospecting, on-boarding to ongoing management.
- Maximize revenue from existing partnerships. Establish methods and practices to generate new business from each new partner.
- Devise programs for each partnership designed to attract qualified sales leads.
Qualification Requirements
- Graduate/Master's degree from the recognized school/university.
- 3-5 years of experience in partner sales & alliances development experience.
- Experienced professional with 1 to 5 years of experience in healthcare network relationship management including Strategic/business planning, key account management, financial negotiations and agreements.
- Has a track record for executing revenue-generating partnerships.
- Exceptional communications skills - both written and verbal Ability to prospect new customers through research, networking and cold-calling.
- Ability to develop and present complex business reviews/presentations
