- Be the voice of the Partner to ensure seamless scaling of business

- Support the POD/Category Heads in deepening relationships with existing partners

- Be single point of contact for all stakeholders of Partners for any BAU activities and co-ordination and ensure seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders

- Develop and build relationships with all Partner stakeholder

- Create a preference for our platform within the partner and the partner's staff

- Ensure TAT/KPIs of Ops, Accounts, Policy in sharing data, communication and Identify opportunities possible to automate through technology investment.

- Ensure timely payouts, recoveries, resolution of queries.
