Role : Partnership & Alliances Manager

Location : Delhi

About the Role :

This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional (3 - 6 years) to join a young & successful team in a dynamic and fast-paced growth environment.

The successful candidate should be highly effective in navigating the customer through all facets of the partnership process from prospect prioritization to technical integration and will have demonstrated the ability to deliver a value-based proposition.

- Developing strategy for driving penetration through alliances and partnerships.

- Design a specific strategy that can evolve into a broad framework for entering into strategic partnerships and alliances

- Take the lead to identify, evaluate, and manage partnerships that can involve marketing, content, influencers, corporate brands and commerce components.

- Be a central point of contact for all strategic partnerships for the company across segments like Banks, Online commerce, Brands across geographies and languages.

- Evaluate the economic and strategic cost-benefit of partnerships.

What you'll be doing :

- Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Legal, Finance, Corporate Development, and senior management to execute on the relationships.

- Develop best practices to foster, manage, and track opportunities. 

- Support the strategic objectives and interests of business teams.

- Develop a feedback loop to ensure a constantly improving experience for partners.

What are we looking for?

- 3-6 years of Partnership and alliances experience

- Understanding of analytics/ intelligence/ insight sales.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Minimum of 3+ years experience in affiliate marketing with a good network of publishers/media.

- MBA would be a plus.

- Prior start-up experience would be a plus.

- Take ownership of affiliate marketing and a good understanding of affiliate business.

- The candidate should have the knowledge of full management of lifecycle marketing for affiliate & influencer partners.

- A consistent track record of signing partnerships and demonstrated a history of exceeding given targets.

- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey issues clearly, and concisely.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

- Action and detail-oriented with strong organization and prioritization skills.

- Flexible, self-driven, and proactive.
