Thorough professional with a post graduate degree in Packaging from Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) - Candidate should not be job Hopper &amp; his overall average stability should be 3+ yrs and not working in retail industry. - He should be from Food Processing or Food oriented companies - Working Experience on SAP - Drive the packaging strategy for Food products &amp; execute the same - Design &amp; develop all Food packaging material elements - KLDs, art works, structures, designs, moulds, cylinders, CFBs, laminates, etc. - Custodian the entire artworking process &amp; designs, with records &amp; documentation - Will be a critical part of the Food NPD team, from inception till launch - Will be the SPOC for all 3P vendors on packaging &amp; artwork related jobs &amp; issues - Develop, deliver &amp; sustain a structured process for packaging material specifications, costs &amp; designs - Negotiate &amp; close the optimum packaging material costs - Get prototypes, 3D mocks made for products to be launched - SPOC with design agencies, from writing &amp; issuing design brief to releasing artworks - Will help the 3P vendors in PM management &amp; will maintain records - Thorough understanding of various types of packaging material as well as equipments / machines used for packaging - Ability to select or recommend packaging material based on the present needs &amp; future scalability - Aware of trends in Food packaging &amp; future requirements/readiness - Study packaging design trends in the Indian as well as Global markets time to time &amp; their applicability to private label products - Experience in agency/PM vendor management - Strong Prototype Development &amp; creative abilities and orientation to deliver best-in-class packaging - Entrepreneurial attitude - Thorough professional with a post graduate degree in Packaging from Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) - Ability to work seamlessly in cross-functional teams, managing complexity and to get work done - Should demonstrate execution excellence with end-to-end ownership - Should be fine with travel within &amp; outside Mumbai
