Manager ( Packaging & Development ) - MNC FMCG Industry

Key Accountabilities:

- Ensures effective implementation of packaging bundles, in line with globally aligned packaging guidelines.

- Guides and prioritises packaging team efforts in the design of packaging systems, component, ergonomics and equity aesthetics from the program brief through Engineering and Commercialisation.

- Prepares resource allocation plans including staffing and funding needs for budget purposes.

- Leads the conceptualisation, development and implementation of breakthrough innovation for emerging markets.

- Develops, mentors, and leads a team of packaging engineers, by providing specific technical training, business/organisational understanding, coaching, feedback, and career counselling.

Candidate Requirement :

- 10 + years of experience in packaging development in a FMCG company.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED :

ENGINEERING IS MANDATORY

ALSO - Diploma in Packaging, Certification in Package technology development or plastic Product development will be a added advantage

- Good understanding of packaging material development, packaging machines, qualification testing etc.
