Manager - Packaging Development - Agriculture Firm

- Develop Packaging for new Packs & existing Packaging sku's as per organization requirements.

- Work on Cost efficiency Projects to optimize Packaging costs.

- Trouble shooting -Packaging.

- Coordinate with Mfg units to resolve Packaging related issues, for smooth functioning.

- Complete Understanding of Packaging Development Function.

- Experience of Packaging Development of Dairy products.

- In depth Knowledge of rigid packaging, Injection stretch blow moulding, Extrusion blow moulding, Injection moulding, shrink sleeving, Mould development & validation, cartons, CFB & other packaging materials

- Knowledge of Packaging m/cs e.g HFFS, VFFS, etc.

- Experienced on working new packaging technologies & innovations with proven track record.

- Familier with international trends going in packaging -FMCG space.
