Manager - Packaging Development - Agriculture

- Experience in Aseptic packaging and pet bottle experience essential

- Develop Packaging for new Packs & existing Packaging SKU's as per organization requirements.

- Work on Cost efficiency Projects to optimize Packaging costs.

- Troubleshooting -Packaging.

- Coordinate with Mfg units to resolve Packaging related issues, for smooth functioning.

- Successfully Manage the Given portfolio with his team to achieve annual KRA & objectives.

- Work on new pack Formats with vendors & internal team to propose to the organization.

- Motivate & drive his team to achieve results.
