Manager - Organizational Growth & Talent Development (8-10 yrs)

We are currently working with a leading boutique consulting client to hire a HR Manager- Organizational Growth & Talent Development profile. The company has consultants and pharma analytics experts working with them.

This is an HR Generalist role requiring facilitating solutions towards the employee and management concerns, developing and executing HR strategies, and policies.

This role requires someone with the capability of taking ownership for the India team from HR, Legal, Financial and Administrative perspective and also working with external partners for maximizing growth, retention and talent acquisition.

The role would include:

- Designing, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, including process flow and procedures

- Building HR strategy and roadmap in line with business strategy and expansion targets

- Evaluating and improving current processes and implement new processes

- Proactively evaluating capacity versus demand for resources and ensuring the organization stays one step ahead of the demand

- Providing continuous support and coaching to leaders in areas of leadership, performance, talent management, policy and procedure interpretation

- Driving performance management and coaching leaders on driving a high performance culture. Also focus on high performer management & retention

- Establishing and leading the standard recruitment and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce

- Facilitating employee development activities such as goal setting, appraisal, and performance feedback

To fit the bill:

- Master's degree in Human Resources

- 8-10 years of work experience including at least 4-5 years managing and leading teams

- At least 3-4 years- experience working in a consulting environment

- Experience with a pharma/biotech consulting firm preferred

Please note this is a boutique consulting firm so if you are looking to work in a big firm with 100s of employees then this wont work.
