Key Responsibilities : Majority of the work will span across projects related to the below : Organization Effectiveness : - Develop HR processes aligned with business requirements and with a focus on end user- productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. - Identify and coordinate implementation of systems aligned to HR and business requirements. - Conceptualize and implement programs across talent lifecycle to enhance engagement and retention Talent Management : - Devise and implement talent management strategy and process with a focus on outcomes. -Develop talent review mechanisms and implement related interventions. - Conceptualize development programs Employee Engagement : - Develop an organization wide engagement framework. Develop and drive implementation of related programs. - Design and oversee implementation of Rewards and Recognition programs and organization wide engagement initiatives framework. - Partner with business for developing - Goals- based scorecards, cascading of goals and implementing continuous feedback mechanisms. - Review and monitor half yearly and annual performance review and feedback processes. - Drive the promotion cycle activities to complete the process on time. Change Management : - Lead HR change management projects to influence organizational culture. Implement change programs as per business requirements Qualifications :&nbsp; - Minimum 4+ years of industry experience in organization development only within IT services or professional services organization - Must have MBA in management from premier institutes/Top B schools. - Strong understanding of organization development, capability development, engagement, compensation &amp; benefits, performance management and talent management practices - Technology industry experience is essential - Excellent consulting, coaching, communication and facilitation skills. - Proven experience of working in close coordination with executive level leadership
