Description :

1. Implement the OD strategy and annual work plan based on a deep understanding of the company's key business strategies, with focus on India needs

2. Lead Global E2E programs in various OD domains, such as : leadership development, talent management, performance management, career development and leveling, managerial forums, organizational analysis, and surveys.

3. Accountable for the execution of OD activities in India : local workplan along with global initiatives - a combination of strategic thinking and planning, along with hand-on implementation of the plans.

4. Act as a consultant and source of knowledge to the business/HRBP in the various organizational development domains and change management processes.

5. Proactively diagnose the organizational challenges and tailor local solutions per for specific needs.

6. Design and Facilitate in-house events (e.g. workshops, offsites) for the employees and managers development.

7. Stay up to date on industry trends and brings new initiatives tailored to Sapiens culture

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :

- At least 8 years of experience in OD roles or as an HRBP implementing E2E OD processes in a global company

- MA - in Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science or a related field

- Experience in designing, leading, coordinating and administering Organizational Development and Talent Management initiatives

- Constant curiosity and interest in keeping up with OD trends and best practices

- Strong program management and execution skills

- Communicative, a great teammate with outstanding interpersonal skills

- Ability to multi-task and navigate in dynamic environment

- Self-motivated and assertive - ability to seek answers and drive solution

- Positive can-do attitude with a high level of energy and work ethics

- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
