What will the incumbent do?

- Lead end to end implementation of all initiatives that are part of Company DEI Charter

- Support partner evaluation through initial screening based on competence, industry feedback

- Manage budgets, payments, empaneled partner/ vendor relationships

- Research on frameworks, concepts, tools, industry practices

- Ability to analyze quantitative data

- Proficient with PPT & Excel
