Media Organization - Mumbai

The individual will play a critical role as part of the Organization Development & Change function, supporting in design and execution of OD interventions across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Contribute in developing the OD & change agenda based on a robust, well researched framework/model and thorough assessment of organization needs.

2. Diagnose change needs at an organization and BU specific level through data collection using qualitative and quantitative research methodologies - discussion with key business and HR stakeholders, meaning making from internal reports/studies/ surveys

3. Design approach / framework for execution of OD interventions at organization and BU level keeping research and analytics at the core for all discussions.

4. Manage and execute the change management calendar as part of the change project management office - design and execution of annual leadership conference and organization-wide conference; stakeholder management, life cycle management of change projects/initiatives right from identification, team formation, stakeholder communication, performance review, dashboard creation and feedback collation and coordinating any logistics involved in successful roll out.

5. Design and implement integration of organizational values with key people processes - development, recognition, hiring and onboarding program. Facilitate the values session in the monthly onboarding program to immerse the new joinees in the culture.

6. Leverage technology to execute OD interventions - data collection, analysis & reporting, communication, program delivery, engagement, feedback

7. Lead the external branding effort for HR across renowned national and international award programs - creating the annual awards calendar, liasoning with the award body for program highlights, partnering with internal HR team to ensure high rate of success and amplifying our wins through internal and external communication

8. Identify, contract, negotiate and manage partnerships with external trainers/vendors.

9. Manage the OD budget to ensure budget utilization as planned and timely payments to external trainers/vendors.

10. Prepare monthly/quarterly OD and HR dashboard for business and HR stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Post-Graduation / MBA in HR / MA in Organizational Psychology

- Minimum 3 years of experience in OD after post-graduation and total experience of minimum 6 years
