Responsibilities & Key Deliverables :
- Design business focussed OD interventions based on business challenges and define roadmap for strategic HR interventions
- Design & Deliver cultural interventions based on insights from culture audit, engagement and organizational haelth studies (GPTW, MCARES etc.)
- Understanding of organization design principles, business / functional value chain and restructure activities / departments through in-depth study and propose alternatives to Business / HR Heads
- Reengineer HR processes & policies making them contemporary and aligned to business needs
- Partner effectively with HR heads to create customized career and talent related interventions for employees in line with their career aspirations
- Ensure delivery of the employer brand promise( EVP) by designing new initiatives, strengthening and realigning existing initiatives. Communicate effectively to the external audience about the unique mahindra experience and build the employer brand
- Research emerging trends, contextualize the trends to the organization and thus ensure existence of relevant people practices and offerings
- Conduct regular audits of the organizational structure, climate, Org health etc. and recommend changes to make the organization more efficient
- Support the Org Design Lead with the design, development and implementation of the organisational structure for M&M. This will include supporting with job design, role profiling, role to job mapping and capability definition (incl. gap analysis, capability planning, job description writing and staff mapping).
- Conceptualize and implement large scale change management interventions and measure effectiveness of such interventions
