Our client is one of the leading IT Service provider looking to hire Manager - Organisation Development.

Responsibilities:

- Leadership development, organisation development and talent management

- OD Interventions and Performance consulting

- Creating leadership development strategies, designing and implementing organisation wide initiatives to build the leadership pipeline

- Designing and developing learning interventions based on the learning needs of the organisation

- Design and develop career progression frameworks

- Identification and consolidation of competencies

- Mapping of leadership development programs to the Talent Management process

Desired profile:

- 9 - 14 years of experience in Organisation development, Talent Management and leadership development function from a reputed organisation

- Should have hands on experience in leading global and local leadership development, talent management etc.

Role can be based in Pune / Bangalore
