Manager - Order To Cash - Manufacturing (12-15 yrs)
- Responsible for managing OTC team who handles Order Desk and Customer Support for Europe region
- Leading OTC department includes Order Management, Shipment Planning, Pre and Post documentation, Intercompany transfers, Samples execution for potential new customers, Global dispatch planning, Recording Bank transactions & lodgement
- Leading a various project in the Supply Chain including leftover Inventory management, Improvement in OTIF, Process transformations and Standardization
- Weekly Collaboration with the Sales team on Monthly Outlook as compared to RAF/Budget to report to ExCom
- Responsible for Control tower meetings, Providing insights on Sales targets to Regional Presidents, Highlighting risk along mitigation plan
- Responsible for managing Customer Complaints, from receiving the complaint till the execution of actions items to ensure customer satisfaction
- Customer Relationship - Need to maintain excellent relationship with external and Internal customers
- Hiring & Onboarding - Responsible for hiring and onboarding strong professional from the market and create a Solid motivated team
