Responsibilities: - Create best practice documentation for Oracle ICM incentive plan implementations, integrate into the Incentive systems - Collaborate closely with Reporting, Data Integration, Production Support, and Administration teams to understand and create efficient and scalable calculation designs - Design analytical reports for Incentive Plan effectiveness and provide a dynamic end user experience - Expert in the analysis of incentive plans and able to transform into business rule architecture in Oracle ICM calculation design. Requirements - At least 3 years of end to end experience in designing plans in Oracle ICM - Create complex queries using PL/SQL for research and table navigation purposes - Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met in a constantly changing environment.
