Job Location : Gurgaon  Years of Experience: 8 plus  Qualification : CA or ICWA  Responsibilities:  - Review opex costs at an aggregated level on a periodic basis. Review variances against the budget and understand the root cause for weak controls identified by the team basis functional stakeholder interactions.  - Review recommendations shared by the team and determine appropriate actions regarding the design and implementation of the Governance Framework (including controls, delegation of authority matrices, MIS reporting, etc.) for minimization of leakages.  - Review cases of deviations from the Governance Framework and drive corrective action, with a view to driving stronger organizational control. Where required, engage with senior functional stakeholders to drive stronger awareness regarding the need for cost control  - Technical Competencies: Cost Accounting, Management Reporting and Analysis
