Key Responsibilities: Fund Raising - End to end management of the fund raise process for the funds raised by the IM. - Developing and nurturing relationships with distribution partners as well as client partners. - Handling queries an following up after meetings on diligences as well as data requirements. - Managing regular communications with clients and their teams. - Sourcing/Pitching to clients for Investment in the fund - Managing the co-investment process Research &amp; Origination - Supporting idea based sourcing and regular interaction with intermediaries. - To support the investment team with the sector research to source deals. - Managing lead flow and relationships with intermediaries and other related parties Technology - Managing all technological tools used by the firm - Maintaining and updating the CRM and shared drive - Getting IT policies implemented as and when necessary - Arranging for certifications and trainings as and when required Supporting Portfolio Management Support the Operating Partner by regular interaction with portfolio companies, analysis of their performance, driving review meetings; MIS reports etc. Mentoring Mentoring and managing Analysts, driving reviews and appraisals, setting goals and following up on KRAs for the firm and team members Qualification &amp; Experience - Graduate with an MBA from a Premier Business School - At-least 5-6 years of Post Qualification experience; working with Wealth Management Firms, IB firms, or Consulting Competencies - Passionate of engaging with clients and building relationships - Good presentation and communication skills - Understanding of the relevant regulatory environment - Presentation and analytical skills are must - Should be adept with technological tools used for program management/task management etc. - High energy - Extrovert The person should be passionate for working closely with clients, partners to create value.
