Position : Operations Manager - Warehouse

Reporting to : City Operations Head

Experience : Min 3 years and Max 12 years

Job Description :

- Industry E-commerce/ Logistics / Retail/ FMCG/ Production and Manufacturing.

- Min 50-60 Team Handling experience

Age limit : 35 years

Qualification :

- Education : IIT/ NIT/ IIM/ BITs Pillani Top most Institute (Preferred)

- MBA with 3 years work experience

- Prior experience in process design and operations implementation (preferably in Logistics / Supply chain management)

- Prior leadership experience. (Experience in managing blue collared employees is a bonus)

- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals

- Data analytics skills / should be comfortable working with MS excel.

Important Key Points :

- Responsible to handle core operations cycle from Manufacturing company to Hub (First mile) and from Hub to till Delivery boys (Mid mile) and from Delivery boys to Customer place.

- Candidate should have experience in Process development, Process Improvement, RCA, Data Analysis, Cost Management, People Management, Should be smart and Active.

- While searching from Manufacturing/ Productions industry check key points, Like he should have experience of handling shift incharge OR Shift Supervisor OR Floor

- Supervisor and Blue collared and White collared team and above points.

- If person is from Top institute than shift incharge OR Shift Supervisor OR Floor Supervisor is also ok for OM profile

- While searching E-commerce / Retail/ Logistics candidate checked key points, Like he should have experience in First mile OR Last mile OR Mid mile and Team Handling and Start -up experience.
