Operations Manager

Designation : We are looking for Asst. Operations Manager/Operations Manager for US Healthcare Process(RCM).

- Experience : 7- 12 Years

- Week Off : Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

- Shift : US Shift

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Experience in handling operational activities and managing teams.

- Preparing process related documents, process updates.

- Ensuring team members awareness and identifying training needs.

- Ensuring work delivery and & client satisfaction.

- Perform full cycle recruitment for front line and middle line hiring across departments and functions.

- Providing insight to the hiring numbers & costs involved, along with challenges faces and discuss effective.

- Create talent acquisition strategy including hiring sources, mechanisms and assessment tools.

- Mentor & grow talent acquisition team, help team members achieve their goals and manage their performance.

- Create and manage recruitment budget.

Desired Candidate :

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Candidate with minimum 3 years of experience as a AM/ Manager or similar role from US healthcare industry.

- As this business is aligned with US business hours, therefore working in night shifts or 24 hours rotational shifts in India is required.

- Tech savvy, creative and research skills will be highly appreciated.
