Manager - Operations - Retail Vertical - Startup (4-9 yrs)
We are looking for a dynamic operations manager who can manage operations for a start up company. This is a unique opportunity as our client is a one of its kind startup and wants to hire limited number of candidates. The selected candidate would have to be stationed at a operations site. Only candidates who can speak in Tamil and English should apply. Prior experience of handling operations and people management would be an added advantage.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Oversee end to end operations of the retail company and improve the current process being followed.
- Manage a team of 30 members and ensure effectiveness and performance
- Deal with multiple vendors and project, manage company transactions
- Effectively communicate with clients to manage and improve client relationships
- Multitask in a fast paced work environment
- Be open to learning and flexible
