Your candidature is being considered for Manager-Operations. This is a senior- cadre position, reports to COO. The KRAs include:

- Lead the operations team to deliver on operational parameters across all outlets.

- Execution of marketing & product initiatives

- Review efficiencies in all aspects of operations

- Optimize delivery time

- Quality Assurance - ensuring maintenance of food integrity

- Managing expectations of all stakeholders including customers

- Customer relationship management

- Lead the training function to ensure all personnel are adequately & effectively trained.
