Manager - Operations - Ready Mix Concrete Firm

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop and grow the sales force through the use of leadership skills and mentorship. Communicate and implement Client's vision, mission and overall sales direction.

- Translates customer requirements into state-of-the-art production strategies and processes, resulting in cost-effective processing and the profitable manufacture of company products.

- Develops operations-related plans, budgets, and policies and procedures.

- Supervises employees, monitors activities, and satisfies reporting requirements in accordance with Company's policies.

- Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers by addressing issues, questions, or concerns in a timely manner.

- Manages Plant and Maintenance Costs (in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager) to agreed-to levels within budget, adjusting from time to time to respond to changes in the market.

- Sell ready- mix concrete and associated building materials.

- Maintain awareness of external competition and the competitive landscape as well as opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards. Communicate and maintain relationships with customers

- Make sales and marketing presentations and prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts.

- Establish a consulting relationship with customers and provide and coordinate technical training, Responsible for the Operations and Maintenance activity.

- Work closely with customer service, quality control, operations, safety and credit. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree required. Engineering in CIVIL OR MECHANICAL preferred,

- Experience in concrete, aggregate, cement or any related industry
