Reporting to : Head, Operations

Location(s) : Hyderabad/Bangalore

CTC Range : 15 L - 20 L

About the team :

- The operations team is the race winner. The team ensures that everything reaches a student at door step and on time. The team handles the wide canvas building systems of centralized bulk printing operations worth 50Cr to decentralized and franchised last mile operations.

About the role :

As a process champion, you would be

- Improving QCT using standardized processes

- Automating effective and efficient processes.

- Analyzing the processes and there by outsource some of them

- Ensuring continuous improvement for creating effective processes

- Maintaining a high service level and outstanding customer service

Requirements :

Education Requirements :

- Graduation from a premium college

No. of years of Experience : 4 yrs to 6 yrs of experience in operations

Relevant Experience :

- Should have handled large scale operations

- Experience with automation

- Hands-on experience of building and implementing systems

Preferable Industry :

- Should have worked in the FMCG sector in the production plant

- Manufacturing Industry
