We are hiring for one of our BPO Clients in Hyderabad and Pune
Role - Operations Manager/ Process Trainer/ Quality Specialist
Designation - Service Delivery Manager/ Deputy General Manager
Location - Hyderabad / Pune (Work from office)
Shifts - Between 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM IST
Desired Qualifications :
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- 10+ years of total experience, with a good amount of experience in operations management/ service delivery/ quality assurance management/ process training
- Experience in Medical Scribe/ Medical Transcription processes.
- Prior Team Handling Experience
