We are seeking a passionate and energetic Operations manager to enrich our company and the operations.

Role :

- Responsible for ensuring that team members are performing in line with client SLA- s, ensuring compliance with process and policy.

- Manages budget for the region, focusing on profitability and maximization of revenue

- Ensuring of markets to generate more leads and constantly tapping on the competitors.

- Ensures client satisfaction

- Design and train processes, as well as defining measures for reaching KPI- s

- Improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization's mission

- Supporting better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning

- Playing a significant role in long-term planning, including initiatives geared towards operational excellence

- Developing individual program budgets

- Managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of support services (HR, IT), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions

- Driving initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence

Locations : Hyderabad

Other Preferences : Female Candidates with 3-5 years of experience with operations management degree and MIS development.
