Manager - Operations - International Sales Process - Contact Center

Responsibility -

1. He would be taking care of entire operations and would lead sales team and other team members and ensure all performance requirements are met.

2. Ensure daily deliverables are on target

3. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of the daily metrics to all stakeholders

4. Process optimization

5. Would be responsible for resource utilization optimization

Looking for candidates who have:

1. Worked for sales process and has experience handling sales team for international process preferably UK process.

2. Should have experience in similar role

3. Strong proficiency in English communication - both written and oral

4. Ability to quickly identify and provide recommendations on issues

5. Self motivator, Action oriented, Integrity and Trust, Drive for Results

6. Ability to prioritize and multi-task

7. Ability to handle pressure
