Manager - Operations - E-Commerce About the role : - To independently handle multiple verticals in the entire operations value stream from order placement to customer experience to retention - To processize, implement and execute various interventions that can cater to a seamless increase in volumes from a current scale of x to 10x. - Solely own responsibility for multiple smaller teams. - Listing Products on the Platform and making sure that the products are timely enabled/disabled as per the terms with the merchants to ensure compliances and smooth sales - Leading Customer Support and helping the team to resolve customer queries by providing real time solutions - Keeping a track of number of orders on daily/weekly/monthly/event specific/category-wise basis - Assisting in reconciliations and payments to merchants - Keeping a continuous check with Merchants to ensure the timely delivery of products to customers and resolve their queries. - Working on Flash Sales where a products are curated for sale at a discounted price for M&P Members only. - Coordination with the relevant team for promotions and any technical issues faced by the users - Utilize Excel to develop and maintain reports and other tools for all teams Qualifications needed : - IIT / BITS / NIT pass out, with experience in handling large teams. Fresher's are welcome as well. - Exposure to customer interfacing roles in the past - Inherent excitement to work at a fast-growing company under rapidly changing environments.
