One of the leading company is engaged in the recovery and recycling of post-consumer plastic waste streams for more than 15 years.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and prepare administrative and financial budgets for each location/MRF and overall business.

- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, procurement, and P&L against budget for each location and business.

- Lead and guide teams at each location to ensure target quantities are met; and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive working environment.

- Devise strategies to ensure the growth of each MRF, and identify and implement standard procedures that will maximize output and minimize costs.

- Engage with local stakeholders including government officials, scrap collectors, traders, etc (a) to develop trusted relationships, (b) to create an effective and collaborative network of partners to sustain the MRFs.

- Support mobilization of scrap collectors networks to expedite the process of expansion of MRFs in the city as well as in the state of Maharashtra.

- Uphold company policies and standards, ensuring compliance with legislative laws and regulations.

- Assist in developing Impact Assessment Report annually.

- Support management and stakeholder reporting structure by providing data and/or developing reports on the overall business/each MRF based on request and requirement

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Experience working on resource mobilization and solid operational understanding of public-private partnerships;

- Sound business judgment and strong problem solving/negotiation skills, as well as ability to effectively manage various centers simultaneously;

- Knowledge and understanding of sustainable development and the concept of circular economy, with a focus on plastics.
