Role: Ops Mgr - Digital Content

Strong operations manager

- Work with multiple stakeholders like engineering, b2b business partnering, editorial group,etc.

- Sourcing of the content and quality of the content

- Interacting with External partners

- Should be Process driven.

- Will Lead a team of 4-5 member

- Fix the break in process, qualitycheck are happeing and misses need to be fixed

- Dont need someone from music, but interest in music is important.

- good to have - back end process - project manager,

- video content platforms, facebook, google

- indian companies - sharechat, twitter

- content operations - fintech, ecommerce.

- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency

- Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant

- Formulate strategic and operational objectives

- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability

- Manage budgets and forecasts

- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

- Recruit, train and supervise staff

- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
