Operations Manager

- You'll be leading new projects/ initiatives taken across the company that are important for achieving company goals. This could include setting up operations across country.

- You will also be charged with expanding existing strategy and improving existing processes by identifying and applying best industry practices ensuring smooth functioning of each department.

- This could include identifying product gaps and requirements. Working with product team to get things build and executed. Or it could be setting up tech enabled supply chain elements. There will be multiple areas you will be contributing towards.

Problem solving :

- Constantly expanding, improving, and overcoming operational bottlenecks on the supply side. This could include supply chain, warehousing, customer delivery ops, and apply innovative approach to customer problem solving across the value chain. You will lead operations, ensuring we WOW customers, delighting them with every interaction.

Lead operations to Scale the business :

- The one thing you can be sure of is growth. While scaling, you will be challenged with constantly identifying and implementing opportunities, improving service level to vendors and consumers, and reducing cost. You will lead new projects and initiatives taken across the company that are important for achieving company goals, including setting up new business lines and facilities as needed

Innovating :
