Manager - Operations & Compliance - Alternative Investment Fund - BFSI (3-15 yrs)
- Reconciliation of daily trades, contract notes and portfolio
- Review of daily margin requirements to enable smooth functioning
- Review of third-party financial reports created by Fund Accountant, Custodian, Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) and Clearing member
- Track Corporate Actions on portfolio investments, SEBI regulations and NSE circulars that may have a bearing on business
- Compile compliance and MIS reports on periodic basis for regulator or internal teams
- Ensure timely payment of fees to various counter parties, and calculation and payment of TDS
- Assist in broker empanelment, distributor empanelment, investor on-boarding
- Assist both statutory and external auditors in preparing annual audited financial statements
