- Manager In Operations (Masters)

- To manage and perform all the operational activities / processes within timelines and in compliance with the regulatory guidelines.

- To co-ordinate with internal / external auditors and inspection teams.

- To manage the queries from Issuer / DP / RTA.

- To attend the meetings and respond MIIs / Regulatory queries

- Raise various system requirements for implementing the various system related changes and ensure implementation in line with the regulatory guidelines.

- Co-ordinate and manage internal stake holders / team members etc.

- Cleaning up system database in line with latest regulatory requirements and smooth lining processes.

- To ensure the SOPs are updated regularly as per the requirements and implement necessary checks and balance for smooth processing of Operational activities.

- Supervision of the activities performed by the team

- Managing adhoc activities assigned by senior management etc.

- Postgraduate preferably MBA in Finance/MMS/ CA/CS etc with 6- 15 years of post-qualification experience.

- Experience in the capital markets/Depositories/ Depository participants/RTAs or related field will have added advantage
