Responsibilities :
- Manage the overall deployment of security, including hiring of trained and professional security staff.
- Benchmarking functional best practices to focus on development of capabilities to meet present & future goals of the organization
- Administering overall Clients infrastructure and site security management operations involving CCTV, Technical Services, etc.
- Contract Management
- Addressing employees / clients' needs and revamping the Security management strategy against changing business requirements
- Manage Business Growth, present the sales pitch for new projects.
- Manage the Implementation and successful acquire New clients during the Implementation of Security Grading
