Manager - Operations - BPO (5-7 yrs)
- Leading the Onboarding, payroll and compliance team and is responsible for planning, process setup and implementing all new and special projects across the entire Department.
- Responsible for continuous process re-engineering and innovating the existing processes, working with key stakeholders, to improve on the operational efficiencies across all locations and ensuring process adherence through defined framework in order to achieve desired KPIs
- Helping with hiring and scaling team, particularly Assistant Managers and Executives.
- Work on Process Excellence projects to enhance Operational Management and Accuracy, leading to an improved operational productivity
-Ensure strict data management through maintenance of master data and reports, including but not limited to: productivity, employee hours/ overtime, and contract labor tracking and monitoring
