Manager - Operations - BFS

Responsibilities :

- Manage and continuously improve information and process coordination for underwriting, closure, disbursement and collections.

- Become intimately familiar with the regulatory environment and ensure compliance from a process flow perspective

- Coordinating and finalizing the legal paperwork pre-disbursement

- Making sure relevant parties [Klub, escrow/banks, lenders, borrowers] are coordinated for disbursement and collections operations.

- Setting up banking and/other partners as needed to manage disbursement NACH/PoS deductions flow for smooth collections

- Manage the overall process flow and cost of operations. Keeping the balance between providing outstanding customer experience and controlling the process for potential risks.

- Managing the entire back-office lending processes implies overseeing a wide range of operational activities alongside managing customer relationships. 

These include but are not limited to: establishing direct communication channels with applicants and borrowers, issuing financing agreements, managing collections for individual accounts, identifying delinquent accounts, taking direct collections action, issuing monthly statements, addressing customer claims, etc.

Experience :

- 3-4 yrs of experience managing operations for a bank or traditional NBFC with an offline presence

- Graduate or Post Graduate Degree from a reputed institute in a relevant field (accounting, business management etc)

- Experience with lending legal documentation, process flow and managing seamless lending operations

- Experience with industry best practices in setting up credit operations

- Experience in liaising with small and medium sized (SME) companies as a part of lending operations
