Manager - Operational Risk/Compliance/Risk Management - Bank/NBFC (4-5 yrs)
Manager - Risk Management (Compliance and Operational Risk)
Your Role:
1. Prepare risk management framework (focusing more on compliance risk and operational risks). This should include the processes of identification, reporting and mitigation of compliance and operations risks.
2. Design, Own and Maintain regulatory required policies for the organization and ensure establish change management protocols
3. Supporting business, operations and other functions in ensuring compliance with various regulatory and other requirements on an ongoing basis
4. Strengthen control environment by proactively identifying the risks, reporting the same and supporting business in finding potential solutions
Skills:
1. At least 2 years' experience in the audit / compliance / operational risk in bank / NBFC is required.
2. Strong Knowledge of regulatory Framework for NBFC and Banks is preferred
3. Stakeholder management skills
Persona:
1. CA /Inter CA / MBA overall 4-5 years' experience preferred
2. Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream with relevant experience can also be evaluated.
3. Candidate should have an eye for details and mindset of controls and governance
