Manager - Operational Risk Analytics

Role Summary/Purpose:

- The selected candidate will be a Manager on the Risk Analytics Team in India.

- The candidate will be responsible for using analytics and innovation to develop data driven solutions to an independent review and oversight of functional strategies and tool for Collections, Operations, Marketing Campaigns and Customer experience will be the candidates primary focus.

- This role will also be responsible for becoming a Functional expert, while collaborating with Process Owners including VP and SVP levels.

- The candidate is also responsible for building partnerships with various US stakeholders.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

- Provide independent strategy and tool oversight for Collections, Operations, Marketing Campaigns and Customer experience working closely with the users of these strategies and tools.

- Leverage statistical tools to review these strategies and other tools the Business utilizes from design through performance effectiveness.

- Additionally, develop, lead, collaborate, manage, communicate and influence data driven solutions and results across any of the functional pillars that include Risk Testing, Compliance, Operational Risk and First Line Process Oversight.

- Collaborate and engage with all levels of management including Senior Leaders across all sites to drive analytics-based process improvements, insights, thought leadership and actions.

- Become a data SME and an Analytics Athlete that includes end to end functional learning, leveraging most Data warehouses and applying the necessary tools for each solution that includes visualization, machine learning, speech analytics and Data mining.

- Effectively engage with Customers to de-risk through analytical oversight and review of end to end processes utilizing data and effective challenge to ensure key objectives and risks are accurately connected in a meaningful manner.

- Participate in the Risk Engagement Strategy process that will develop and drive improvements across the Risk Team.

Qualifications / Requirements:

- Bachelor's/PG Degree in any stream with 4+ Years of relevant experience

- Solid working knowledge of SAS, SQL or other Coding tools

- Strong written/oral communication skills.

- Proven ability to deliver Analytical solutions for Business problems

Desired Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Statistics

- Credit card Analytics experience

- Exposure to R, Python, Tableau and Machine learning tools.
