Position Name: Manager Operational Excellence - COE

Department: Strategy

Location: Chennai

Qualification : BE/MBA or equivalent education

Experience : 4-7 Years

Job Purpose: Working as a part of the central strategy team, the role requires you to primarily work with the Senior leadership team and all functional teams to create, evaluate, implement, make improvements, and govern organization-wide strategic initiatives. Program management skills along with a good grasp of emerging technologies and operations management methodologies are key requirements for this position..

Key Responsibilities:

- Program managing initiates under the innovation umbrella which would include CoEs, etc.

- Program management includes experience in chartering, defining scope and objectives, designing roadmaps, establishing governance frameworks, KPIs, tracking and reporting progress on the initiatives.

- Work with internal teams to develop and implement work plans.

- Analyze technology/process footprints and identify improvement areas and propose recommendations.

- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather data, brainstorm multiple options and make recommendations.

- Provide insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team.

- 4-7 years of relevant experience in Business Operations / PM function,

- Previous experience in setting up CoEs for emerging technologies.

- Knowledge/ experience in one or more of the following concepts and technologies : Agile, Devops, SRE, Chatbots, RPA, Blockchain and other emerging technologies.

- Proven track record of success in driving /managing process improvement efforts and excels in identifying new areas of opportunity.

- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently and drive issues to resolutions.

- Experience working in cross-functional teams

- Good communication skills - spoken and presentation(decks, insights, etc) skills.

- PMP or any equivalent certification preferred

- SRE / RPA certified
