1. General Information

Position Title: Manager Power Project ( 2 positions)

Reports to: Project Head

Department: Supply Chain Management

3. Key Accountabilities

- Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of 2- 30 MW Power Plant on EPC basis.

- End to End Project Management of Power Project.

- Handling Operation & Maintenance of CFBC boiler plant

- Handling entire Co- generation coal based power plant operations.

- Responsible for Preventive Maintenance and Shut down activities

- Supervise the predictive, Preventive, break down conditions of Boilers

- Ensure availability of all equipment in Boiler area.

- Develop Mechanism to minimize & maintain cost.

- Develop a safe environment in work area.

- Monitor healthiness of plant equipment.

- Assist in Budget activities pertaining to power Plant

- Effective coordination with EPC Contractor for smooth functioning of power plant.

4. Qualifications and Experience

Essential

- BE Mechanical with experience in to power plant operation & maintenance.

- 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in BOP, Boiler & Turbines & CFBC based power plant.

Preferred

- Should have worked on similar volume of project of approx. 300-400 Crores

- Sound knowledge of Boilers/ Turbines & O&M of Power plant

- Good in building relations

- Adaptable and flexible in any situation

5. Knowledge and Other Skill

- Expertise in Power plant ( Cogeneration coal-based Plant)

- Sound EPC Exposure
