Job Requirement :

- Incumbent should have very good exposure in handling six sigma projects in the function like HR/Finance/IT etc.

- Incumbent should be certified in Six sigma-black belt

- Should have very good exposure in execution of excellence program in across services function and training to the staff

- Responsible for training and deploying excellence practices.

- Role required very good communication and training skills.
