Manager - Online Sales & Marketing - Women's Health Solutions Firm (5-8 yrs)

Their website and app provide a marketplace to shop for products, learn about health through articles, Ask queries to experts and also use Tools that will help maintain a good lifestyle.

As Online Sales Manager , you will be responsible for Building and Leading the Online Sales of the Startup across Search (Google, YouTube, Marketplaces), Social (Facebook, Instagram, Ticktock) and Display (GDN) Marketing Function
What you will do:
- Searching, evaluating and on-boarding Search, Social and Display Platforms
- Designing and executing all Digital Marketing Campaigns Including SEO, Search Engine, Social Media, Display, Re-Marketing, Marketing Database Etc.
- Analyzing and reporting all Digital Media Campaigns against KPIs and ROIs
- Brainstorming new and creative Growth Hacking Strategies, Emerging Technologies and recommend their Application
- Designing and executing AB Tests and Conversion Tests
- Analyzing and reporting Trends to Optimize Spends and Conversions
- Working with Product Manager and T-Stack Team to optimize Customer Experience and Brand Manager for Communications and Creatives
- Instrumenting Conversion Points and optimize Consumer Funnels
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- 5 Years experience in Online Search, Social and Display Marketing in Digital First Marketplaces or Digital First Brands or Digital Marketing Agencies
- Any experience as a Founder or in the Online Marketing of a Startup will be an Added Advantage
- Proficiency in working with Online Search Marketing, Online Social Marketing, Online Display Marketing
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Ability to Manage Multiples Projects and meet Deadlines and Deliverables Promptly
