Client Engagement :

Webinars to reach to larger customer audience to talk about

Research /Products :

- Making audio and video aids for customers and internal channels to better understanding of digital and mobile offering

- Engage with customers by taking live sessions to help them to start investing and make them aware on how investment can help them achieve their goals

- Responsible for weekly client engagement events - of topical interest to our Online customer base

- Building online platform such as Fin School and help customers learn about capital market

- Help build a Virtual Trading and Investment platform which can replicate Live trading

Assist in preparing visual aids to further our derivative and other products such as Cover orders, e-Margin, GTDT, SOR, Future Cover Order

Training :

- Conduct training sessions for branches and Retail Sales team to educate about online platforms

- Conduct training workshops for customers in top locations on Online trading along with products team
