Team Management, Should have exposure of managing team. 20 sites/technician 200 sites/supervisor, 1000 Sites/Technical Manager
Division/ Dept: : Operations & Maintenance
Work Timings : 9AM-6PM, however candidate must be flexible and open to stretch
CTC : Industry Standards
Experience : 12+ yrs
Education : B.E/B.Tech ( Full time) - Diploma Holders pls do not apply

Job purpose :
To provide uninterrupted infra services to operators in cluster by ensuring optimum utilization of resources on 24- 7 basis. It involves direction, development and controlling of field staff responsible for site operations.
KRA :
1. Infra Uptime as per MSA and SLA guideline
- Site automation
- Alarm compliance
- Beat plan compliance for Cluster Manager and OME Technician
- PM/CM compliance
- Training and Development of field staff
- co-ordination between Estate and Security team on ground
2. Optimization in Energy cost:
- Strict compliance of DTS
- Identifying high Diesel consumption sites and their remedy action
- Rectification/Reduction in EB average bills
- Conversion of rural feeder to urban feeder
- Minimizing EB faults
- Facilitating in converting non EB sites to EB sites
- DCEM Compliance
- DG running hrs. compliance
3. Site Stability:
- Identifying frequent failing sites and corrective action
- Replacement of aged/faulty equipment
- Replenishment of required infra equipment's
- Identifying sites below MSA and corrective action"
4. SHE Compliance :
- Site Hygiene
- 2. Adhering to SOPs
- Ensuring correctly rated equipment's
- Use of PPE by technicians
- Regular training on fire and electrical safety on ground
- EMF Signage Board compliance
5. Skilled, trained and motivated field staff :
- Identifying training needs of field staff
- Technicians/supervisors training on regular basis
- Rewards and recognition
- Meeting and get together on periodic basis
Typical activities :
1. Morning Concall related to O&M activity
2. Infra outage analysis and validation
3. Interaction with various departments (SCM, Deployment, Energy etc.)
4. Sites Visit
5. Interaction with customer
6. Meeting and interaction with OME and SME for field issues
7. Validation of OME and SME Preventive Maintenance and Bills
8. Execution of special projects
