Job Responsibility:

1. Understand business requirement and their pain points and translate that into business effective solution

2. Evaluate ROI and TCO for a project and control its delivery budget

3. Lead team of developer and work with them to deliver end to end solution

4. Evaluate project skill and interact with various internal as well as external stakeholder for smooth and timely delivery

5. Evaluate startup and identify area or work along with them

6. Vendor management and interact with procurement for PR/PO process and its adherence

7. Manage each requirement as a separate project with weekly management update

8. Bridge gap between businesses requirement and developers challenges

9. Understanding of Cloud services and create solution architecting using cloud technology

10. Migrating solution across cloud providers

11. Service deployment on Public Cloud

12. Derive sustenance for native tech lab projects.

13. Reporting and Dashboarding of tech lab project progress at regular interval.

14. Engage with business to understand their pain area and provide solution

15. Educate team members on key tools, standard operating procedures and setup part of various tools, processes and systems.

16. Documentation of each setup, process and procedure with complete details

17. Replace proprietary applications with open-source applications as per company direction

18. Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans

19. Carry out special tasks at Management's direction

20. Evaluating upcoming technologies to finalize the solution which fits the best for a given problem statement.

21. Liaison with Security experts to deploy solutions with right security framework.

22. Commoditize Tech Lab solution

23. Manage 3D printer and support business for creating 3D printing jobs.
